Get In Shape Physically and Spiritually

January 14, 2025 - Somewhere Keeping Hope Alive - In these modern times, most of us, have a consistent routine of activity such as; a gym membership(s), or regularly we go outdoors for cycling, or walks, which is nice, keep doing that. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. 1 Timothy 4:8 KJV  In these latter times; we must learn how to keep the body physically fit, not only on the outside(physically) but the inside(spiritually) as well. Here's what I mean by that, with the be-witching of the latter times, that we are in; early morning walks, jogs or running, isn't going to be as safe, as it once was. How so? The bible says to: "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" 1 Peter 5:8 KJV

In these times, more and more things(that you might not believe in does exist) and they are waiting on you to slip up. Your a perfect art piece, of the holy temple real estate properties and they're interested in and want to move into you, asap! Or a deranged, mentally-ill, hybrid or evil-spirited human being, could be lurking around, too. This is for both men and women and I'm not trying to scare you. Just stay alert.

And the LORD said unto Satan, "Whence comest thou?" Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. Job 1:7 KJV The NIV reads as: The LORD said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the LORD, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

So come out of what I call: "stinking thinking"©.  Don't think, your so cool or fast, that it can't happen to you; until it happens to you. I'm not saying give up your early morning walks, jogs or workout routines, just pray for protection before you go. Make sure your ears are free from headsets, so you can hear clearly. Go with someone, or delay it, until there's more sunlight. My night joggers, that goes out for you too. Your going to need to re-schedule somethings, to make that happen. If you can't change times keep this verse in mind: "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119:105 KJV And if something starts chasing you, run real fast!

The reasons for my concerns is that we humans are precious beings. And not knowing this, makes us choose bad things, make wrong decisions, that can lead us, to dead ends and will cut our lives short.  A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength. Proverbs 24:5 KJV  You increase this, also, once you realize that YAH(God) is real(for the non-believers) and that, this world, is only a test. To really see, who's on the Lord's side. The Lord is gathering his wheat to the right and the tares to the left.  

The devil doesn't want you to be healthy. If your not well, your not going to think positive thoughts. Stress creatives disease. Then you start to complain more, argue more; with love ones, co-workers, people in general, etc., which in turn, will make people not want to be around you. That's not what you want. The fakers will always says, I don't need nobody and  I know Him. "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." 1 John 2:4 KJV

Remember, this goes for believers and non-believers, who chooses to cleave to the lies and aren't going to change. The holy bible says: "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." John 8:44 KJV

Therefore, I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1 KJV
