That Old Rugged Cross

On Bended Knees in the Southwest - April 17, 2025  Have you ever been in a situation where you have done all you can do with love, compassion and sincerity yet still, nobody appreciates what you do? Only the real members of the church has. This applies to the Believer and non-Believer. Meaning, your constantly being criticized, no matter what you do. And this is just a partial of what Jesus went through for us.

And this I know, if you have not a clue, about what I'm talking about, means you lack empathy.  

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." 2 Timothy 3-7 KJV

This is why Holy week is sober moments of remembering what He did for His creation, all Human Beings. Yet some that don't believe, won't believe, not until they see it; and even believers jump on this bandwagon as well. Yet His long-suffering in still in effect and He's been off that rugged cross long ago. Reading Matthew 27 puts you in this Good Friday mood. 

 "When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.  Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood.  And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it it the price of the blood. And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in.  Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.  Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me. And Jesus stood before the governor; and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest. And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. 

Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.  Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would. And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.  Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you?  Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?  For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.  When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.  But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.  The governor answered and said unto you?  They said, Barabbas." Matthew 27:1-16 KJV

Some have seen the Jesus movie, where Barabbas is set free instead of King Jesus Christ. The people don't even care for Barabbas they just wanted Jesus gone. Do you know how sick that is? To hate someone that bad. Guess what? Many of you out there are the third and fourth generation of these types of people. Continuing...

 "Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified. When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.  Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified. Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.  And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.  And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: And they bowed the knee before him, and mocked Him saying 'Hail, King of the Jews'!" Matthew 27:17-29 KJV

Then they spit on Him(what the young folks say 'crazy work'). So, if people were like that then, what do you think people would do and say to Him now?  Click here to finish reading Matthew 27 chapter. 

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Proverbs 1:7 KJV

"Think upon these things: "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.  And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." Matthew 24:4-14 KJV

In closing, read the bible for yourselves. Get understanding of His words. Our LORD teaches us what to look for in these latter days that we are living in. So, when He comes back. Will you be a wise virgin with your oil filled or an unwise one who asking for oil?  He's not coming back as man, know this;

"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not  come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 KJV

Now, what do you think the repercussions will be? Buckle Up Buttercups. And look up because we're all going to see, our King of kings is no longer on, 'That Old Rugged Cross'.

Betrayed. Accused. Abused.

Spy Wednesday Anywhere and Everywhere - April 16, 2025  Why I called what the Catholics call Ash Wednesday and re-named it Spy Wednesday. Someone right now is spying on you and me! If you have your cell phone near you, your being spy on.  If your using a computer anywhere your being spied on. They even spied on our LORD YAHSHUA( Jesus Christ). Yes, I have VPN and many of you do too, and it does protect most things, but not all things. But there is this King of king, that covers all, I know.

The things our King of kings and Lord of lords have suffered and went through, for me and you. It should be a sober day, for those like me, who Love our LORD and Savior. As I think back on how many times our King YAHUSHA was mistreated while He walked the earth, in the flesh and even now.  

As we go through the Holy week of 2025. King YAHUSHA HAMACHIC (aka Jesus Christ), was sentenced to death(No man can taketh, but he giveth up his life see John 10:18) by his own people, religious sect, the Pharisees, Sadducees, and of course, the haters of ancient times. And i continues to this very day. There is nothing new under the sun.

 "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him: and with his stripes we are healed.  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." Isaiah 53:4-6 KJV

His love never fails. So why do we keep failing Him? I never had someone died for me. Maybe a few of you have, those with military experiences, police officers, etc., but no one has died for you like King YAHUSHA.  Who wipes away all sins and makes you white as snow again? King YAHUSHA HAMACHIC (aka Jesus Christ) that's who! He came down from sitting on high, to cover us, with His blood. So that, even if your faith was or is the size of a mustard seed, you could still move mountains.

"And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove: and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Matthew 17:20 KJV

We do some pretty amazing things when we focus on Him. So, what are you focusing on? If we don't do the inter-work on ourselves, it just won't work. Look at us here in America.  It's holy week and the only bit of holiness, I have seen among the community, was a Jehovah Witness ringing the door bell and a Tik Tok video showing an In and Out Burger, with a small poster with Happy Resurrection Day, on it's service window. 

Meanwhile, worldwide celebrations. So, this is why America can't be great again, because of our sins. No National Day of Repentance to the Most High. No gratitude, no thanksgiving to Him for what He has done for us. And we forgot, it's always been 'Him who has made U.S.(the United States) great. YAH'S truest Believers, has always been martyred. As we will continue to be in these last days. When the great failing away increases, as it will. Many shall fall away.  Which way will you go? 

 "Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:" Joel 2:12 KJV

"Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation without regret, but worldly sorrow brings death." 2 Corinthians 7:10 KJV

There has been four full moons this week, the last one was a pink moon. Click on the link for more information on the pink moon. Have you notice how a lot more people are acting, let's say indifferent? It is a special time, that why it's called Holy Week. We need to be sober, and mourn the days of old and the new days ahead of us. We all need Holiness. Selah. 

Without the covering of our King of kings were headed for troubling times. Now, of course he will cover he children, who he knows and love but what about you? There will be no way to get through the end times successfully without him. Nonetheless, let's look upon the holy scripture of  Romans 6:21-23 KJV:  

"What fruit did you reap at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed?  The outcome of those things is death./But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the fruit you reap leads to holiness, and the outcome is eternal life. /For the wages of sin is death. but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our LORD." 

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 

1 John 1:9 KJV

So, let us all be humble with a sorrow of repentance, towards our wrong doings and what we have done to Him and others. Let us seek forgiveness, that we may grow more in the Holy Spirit, that He provided us with.

Take The Leaven Out Your Heart and Your Home

A Little Bit East and A Bit Out West - April 14, 2025 Happy Passover! Continuing the Holy week of celebration upon our LORD and Savior. The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins this evening. The way to please our LORD and Savior is to rid the heart from leaven and your houses too! 

Our Lord spoke to Moses as written in the book Leviticus 23: 4-6 KJV:  

'These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S Passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread."

What exactly is leaven of the heart? Paul preached it this way; 

"Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened.  For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us:  Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness: but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." 1 Corinthians 5:7-8 KJV

Its the equivalent, of having an ego and then removing the ego. Like your puffed up in your mind, heart and soul. Hyping yourself up, always before the LORD. Never showing humility. This is when you should look upon the sacrifice of the Passover. What King Jesus Christ did for ALL Human Kind.  Things we did and do wrong to ourselves and one another on the daily. King Jesus Christ was betrayed by one of his own disciples.

Let's review how the betrayal occurred: 

"Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them. And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money. And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude. Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the Passover must be killed. And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the Passover, that we may eat." Luke 22:1-8 KJV

For those of us who weren't taught correctly. He who has an ear let them hear. Because it is clear, some of you have been given onto your own devices and won't hear. Most people had been betrayed by their spouse, family members, co-workers, associates and even strangers. Now you know how that feels. If you don't. Wait for it. She'll be coming around the mountain, here she comes.

Let's start anew, by celebrating His Feast days, so we may live to see another day. Glory Be To YAH! YAH Be The Glory. Let us take out the leaven in our hearts and homes and start a new. Enjoy your day! Try my sweet potato unleavened bread, too.
